These terms govern the use of this website and the services of Sawasdee Visas Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"). By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide visa, extension, work permit and immigration-related assistance in Thailand, including document preparation, filing support and immigration office coordination. We are an assistance service — final decisions rest with Thai Immigration and other government authorities.

No guarantee of approval

Visa and immigration outcomes are decided by government authorities and can never be guaranteed. We commit to honest assessment, correct documentation and professional filing — not to a specific result. If your case is not viable, we tell you before you pay.

Quotes, fees and payment

• All fees are quoted in writing before work begins. You pay only what was quoted.
• Government and official fees (embassy, immigration, stamping) are not included in our service fees unless stated.
• Payment terms are agreed at quote time. Work starts after the agreed deposit or payment.
• Fees are in Thai Baht (฿) unless agreed otherwise.

Refund policy

• If we assess your case before you pay and determine it is not viable, no fee is due.
• If you cancel before work begins, any deposit is refunded in full.
• Once document preparation or filing has started, fees are non-refundable except for cases where we fail to deliver the quoted service (for example, we cannot file what we committed to file).
• Government fees are non-refundable once paid to authorities.
• Refunds, where due, are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and documents. Errors in your documents can invalidate an application.
• Meet agreed deadlines and keep your passport and documents valid.
• Follow immigration rules between our filings — overstaying is your legal responsibility.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the fees you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed flights, business losses or immigration penalties arising from information you provided or decisions made by government authorities.
